More than Two decade of experience, in which around 14 years worked in wind energy sector with Industry leaders like Enercon, Vestas, Siemens Gamesa. Last 8+ Years fully dedicated my time, energy in Training, Coaching, Knowledge Sharing.
In these 40+ years of my life journey in this earth, I truly admired human race for their two important discoveries one is Meditation Techniques, second one is Music.
Although I have been an introspective seeker since childhood, I personally have never had the need to learn any meditation practice. It is because of my family environment and lifestyle
31 Mar 2016 after resigning my job as planned I travelled multiple places across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh with one bag and few hundreds in hand. In 2017, I was in KM College of Music & Technology to fulfill my only pending list, Yes!! I joined Sound Engineering at KM College of Music & Technology founded by Mr. AR Rahman. During this time I got introduced to Vipassana Meditation by fellow Musician and students from KM. After completing 10 Days Vipassana Meditation workshop at Dhamma, Chennai. I wondered and questioned myself why this simple, powerful and ultimate meditation techniques not available for everyone. The first thing i done after the session, I requested all my close contacts, family members to attend, learn this techniques at least once in their life time. From that moment I continuously learning, practising and teaching this technique to the people who are all interested and people who are facing so many challenges in their life.
I am not stopped there, from 2017 daily practiced these technique 2 hours to 5 hours. Also I done multiple hours meditation like 10 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 60 hours, 120 hours continuous meditation sessions (only with air, water as my food) gave me lot of learning and experiential knowledge. During Corona time I also launched online sessions and conducted the session regularly. This is how meditation become part of my life journey.
For the past 8+ years even I am teaching many technical, personal effectiveness, professional growth aspects to trainers, coaches, wind energy professionals, teachers, experts, Music to Music lovers, always my focus is on sustainable development of individuals, Family, Society and the World. In order to achieve the same I strongly believe experiential knowledge of Meditation Techniques contribute massively. So I am myself restructured my training / coaching according to that from August 2024. Now I designed Live "Inner Peace Meditation" classes for everyone who interested, committed to their life transformation. Surely we together can bring positive social change, Peace, Sustainable Development in this world.
